Songbird provides tailored assistance in Supported Independent Living, Short Term Accommodation, Day Programs – Drums Alive, Community Access Support and In-Home Support. We work with participants and their support team to ensure a personalised approach for each and every individual.
Our disability support workers assist with and/or supervise daily tasks, encouraging and developing the skills of individuals with disabilities to live life their way. Every now and then participants and their informal supports need time to recoup and take a break. Short Term Accommodation allows for this to happen and is funded by the NDIS for participants on the scheme.
Songbird provides personalised drop-in support and community access for NDIS participants who live in their own homes, with their family or in other shared living arrangements.
Drums Alive is an evidence-based program for all ages, combining movement with the beat and rhythm of drumming for an amazing brain and body workout. This daytime disability program is full of enriching experiences that promote physical health and mental wellbeing, so let’s make some music!
