To help our participants achieve these goals, we are always on the lookout for empathetic people who are passionate about delivering disability support with a person-centred approach.
In addition, we ask for the following requirements:
- Certification III or IV in Disability, Youth, Individual Support or Aged Care
- Two years’ industry experience
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Current Certificate
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s licence
- Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday

The NDIS’ online training course helps new employees understand its code of conduct, quality and safeguards. Please complete this 90-minute course before your first day at Songbird.
We also provide on-the-job and specialized training to all staff for progression to higher roles!
